Role 01

GUI Designer

You design and build the menus, HUDs, and in-game interfaces players touch every second they play. We want sharp, readable, opinionated UI — not stock Roblox templates.

Looking for
  • Portfolio of Roblox UI work (or convertible design work)
  • Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and contrast
  • Comfortable in Studio + Figma (or equivalent)
  • Can move from rough mockups to shipped screens
Nice to have
  • UI animation experience (tweens, motion design)
  • Background in FPS HUDs or asymmetric games

Role 02

Builder

You build the worlds players get lost in. Maps, props, set pieces, lighting. We need someone who can take a vibe and turn it into a playable space — and who cares about the difference between a hallway that's interesting and one that's just there.

Looking for
  • Strong Roblox Studio building (terrain, parts, MeshParts)
  • Understanding of pacing, sightlines, and gameplay flow
  • Lighting + atmosphere fundamentals
  • Can ship a blockout, then polish it
Nice to have
  • Blender or other modeling tool
  • Map design for tactical or PvP games

How you get paid.

Nullcode runs on profit share. No upfront cash — instead, every team member gets a real, defined cut of what the games earn. When Null OPS and Hidden start making money, so do you.

We do it this way on purpose. It means everyone is pulling in the same direction: ship something good enough that people actually pay for it. Higher quality means a bigger payout. Your name's on it. Your wallet feels it.
